The movie is about a man called Forrest Gump wich also is the name of the movie. The movie starts with Forrest Gump sitting on a busstation waiting for his bus when a woman comes by and sits down. Forrest starts telling his story of life when he was young. He was a disabled child with a low rate of IQ. His mother supported him through out his whole childhood and he managed to get in to elementary school. While in school he found his only and best friend Jenny wich he grew up with in school. After elementary school he got admitted to collage and joined the local football club.
